The new handbook replaces all prior versions and reflects current = laws, company practices, and our ongoing commitment to a safe, respectful, = and compliant workplace.

 

Key updates include:

 

  • Expanded anti-harassment, anti-retaliation, and acc= ommodation policies
  • A new Speak Up policy with confidential and anonymo= us reporting options
  • A simplified Paid Time Off (PTO) program (positive = changes here – but if the old policy had more time for you, you will = still receive the benefit in the prior policy)
  • Updated guidance on workplace conduct, technology u= se, and safety
  • Clarified pay practices, and timekeeping
